Paper feeding, edge sealing, angle rolling, outputting and label sticking can be conducted at once time. Such automatic production saves the cost but also improves the production efficiency as well, complying for making standard handkerchiefs, mini type handkerchiefs and uniform square plastic PE film package.
2. Under European CE standard designing, Passed CE certificate, With CE or UL certificate for Electric Parts and with safety device, such as, safety-guard door, emergency stop and so on.
3. Most of parts are precisely processed by numerical-control machine; the key mechanical parts are under CNC processing; while the main outsourcing parts are world famous brand.
4. Perfect breakdown alarming system can quickly search the breakdown causes and breakdown location, while breakdown can be eliminated in time.
5. High accuracy Omron photoelectric sensor tracing system on packaging material.
6. Auto oil injecting cycled lubrication system is adopted to prolong the usage life of the mechanical parts to a large extent; Advanced photo electricity elimination is mounted for much more beautiful packaging; Intellective tem-controlling unit is used for flexible temperature control.
7. Different shape sealing mouth, auto perforation unit, date printer and label sticker can be added as per request.
