Equipment Function & Character
1. Machine is covered with stainless steel board, while the mechanical parts contacting on products are made by stainless steel. Appearance is beautiful and also the hygiene of products is protected. Online auto liquid recycling and feeding can assure the evenness of liquid percentage. The fluffy pulp can add jumbo roll stand according to autual needs, and change the cutting machine to cutting tape that can cut 100mm thickness.
2. Under European CE standard designing, Passed CE certificate, With CE or UL certificate for Electric Parts and with safety device, such as, safety-guard door, emergency stop and so on.
3. Most of parts are precisely processed by numerical-control machine; the key mechanical parts are under CNC processing; while the main outsourcing parts are world famous brand.
4. It is applicable for air-laid paper, Non-woven and series of material.
5. Separately longitudinal folding after slitting the roll into several slips，folding pattern“Z”.
6. Adopts the automatic water content controlling system, quantitative pump and closed vacuum recovering system, to ensure the water recycling inside not leakage.
7. Slitting length can be adjustable in the range of (150~300mm).
8. Uses rotary cutter, each cut 10 pieces, then uses the stacker to stack the number needed. If use the cut tape, it can automatically cut paper in one time directly according to pumping numbers of trip.
