1. The parts contact with the product adopts 304 stainless steel, the outline is good and delicate, guarantee the production sanitary. Wetting online makes the tissue absorb water uniformly. Auto counting, convenient for packing and exchange the material. The quantity of per package is adjustable. The control system is with PLC and color touching screen.  The operation is easy, speed is high, and very steady.
2. Under European CE standard designing,Passed CE certificate,with CE or UL certificate for electric parts and with safety device,such as safetyguard door,emergency stop and so on
3. Most of parts are precisely processed by numerical-control machine;the key mechanical parts are under CNC processing;while the main outsourcing parts are world famous brand.
4. Remark：This is a semi automatic production line. Worker is needed to transfer wet wipes from making machine to packing machine. The operation is very easy.
