1. Machine is covered with stainless steel board, while the mechanical parts contacting on products are made by stainless steel. Appearance is beautiful and also the hygiene of products is protected,and can add glass on the whole machine. Online auto liquid recycling and feeding can assure the evenness of liquid percentage,the solution does not touch with the external air,easy to recover the water,meet the standards of advanced country. Auto counting and auto controlling unit;can control the materials without stopping the machine ,get rid of manual operation ,save human resource.  (other functions can be designed,installed,tested according to customers’ requirements) 
2. Under European CE standard designing, Passed CE certificate, With CE or UL certificate for Electric Parts and with safety device, such as, safety-guard door, emergency stop and so on.
3. Most of parts are precisely processed by numerical-control machine; the key mechanical parts are under CNC processing; while the main outsourcing parts are world famous brand.
4. the whole machine uses full-servo motors,PLC controlling man-machine interface,big size touch screen.
5. mahcine plate uses the auto square steel frame welded structure,precise and disdeformation.
